We have worked with Amy on 2 trips already. We have a 3rd one booked and plan on booking another for next year. Amy goes above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. We had an impromptu trip planned that I wanted the wow factor. She did it! She researched for the best locations and places to stay. We chose Mexico because my husband had never flown and I wanted his 1st flight to be non stop.
We stayed at Excellence Riviera Cancun and it was AMAZING!!! The staff go out of their way and treat you like royalty.
The most recent trip we left a day before a hurricane hit. When we had no phone service, spotty wifi we received an email saying flights into/ out of Cancun that day could be canceled. I started to panic. Amy was a step ahead. She kept me in the loop. She let me know when the flight left to come to Cancun that would be our plane home and kept me informed the whole way.
Amy has won this family over. Looking forward to planning our next adventure through you

Amy was so incredibly helpful planning our anniversary trip. We originally planned to go to Cancun in 2020 but covid delayed everything. Amy helped us navigate all the changing travel regulations and got us all rebooked for 2021. We just got back from a relaxing week in Playa del Carmen and it was absolutely amazing! The best decision we made in planning our honeymoon was asking Kim for help. She made the whole process so easy, which was especially helpful during COVID. She promptly answered all of our questions, checked in often, and kept us up to date with all travel restrictions. Amy’s help in planning all phases of our vacation were invaluable! First, we were able to narrow down what was right for both our kids and still have a romantic getaway as well. We will treasure the memories- which wouldn’t have been possible if Amy hadn’t have been gently reminding us of when to do what throughout the whole process. Just got back from a 7 day Carnival cruise! Amy thought of everything to make our trip amazing!! It was nice to go on vacation and know that everything was taken care of. We were pleasantly surprised upon entering our room to find goodies and a 12 pack of water waiting for us. I highly recommend using Take that Trip travel to plan your next vacation! We went on the Carnival Magic & Amy is truly a professional when booking. She is easy to work with and a good listener. Not only that, she is well traveled and could offer her personal opinion on questions I had. That was helpful! Customer service is definitely her number one priority and it shows. I'm not gonna lie, getting chocolate covered strawberries in my room upon arrival was also a nice touch. I will go to her for all my travel needs!
